• All customers need to be by appointment only

• Allow at least 15 minutes between the conclusion of an appointment and the beginning of the next appointment for proper disinfecting practices

• No group appointments are permitted

• Masks must be worn by all employees while performing personal services

Our Enhanced Safety Guidelines

We have adopted the State Guidelines for Sanitization and Disinfection

• Wipe down all surfaces with approved disinfectants between each guest.

• Wash hands (guest & staff) before each service

• Masks will be worn by staff members AND Guests at all times (one will be provided if you do not have one)

• All high touch articles have been removed.. such as magazines and the beverage bar.

• Waiting areas have been rearranged to accommodate 6 ft. distancing. and an outdoor waiting area has also been established.

•  Work stations have been rearranged also to provide 6ft distancing.

• Disposable one use only capes will be available.

• Temperature checks at the door will also required.

• Staff may take appointments on a staggered schedule

We KNOW you're ready to see us and we feel the same so let's make sure we all do what we can to make this as smooth a transition into the "new normal" as possible. We are still committed to giving you excellent service and the results you want... We may just have to play by different rules for a bit. Stay with us, help us help you get the services you need in the safest way possible.

• If you have your own mask.... Bring it!

• If you can skip the shampoo and/or blowdry, Please do.

• Pay by card or touchless

• Don't get angry (we are trying our best here) if we have to charge a bit more..... not to recoup our lost income but to cover the costs of all the extra preventative measures and the extra chemicals needed in some services. (your regrowth is double the normal amount)

• PLEASE CONSIDER buying your retail hair care needs from us... why help the BIG corporations that had support... SUPPORT US instead. Your small purchase goes a big way to helping us recover and continue to be able to offer your bigger and better services!!
